In her upcoming solo exhibition, Ines Riess presents sculptural works alongside selected paintings. Her spatial pieces extend painting into three-dimensional form, engaging space as an active element of creation.

Riess explores the essence of time – not the measurable kind marked by clocks, but time as a continuum, inseparable from space itself.

By bringing painting into space, she is, in essence, painting time itself. Her visual language conveys change as continuity –  dynamic, gestural, and ever in transformation.
